Business & Estate Planning Attorney
Brint advises his business clients on entity formation and structuring, venture finance, business transactions, IP licensing, regulatory compliance, and insurance, financial and tax foundations. Besides being a licensed attorney and managing Hiatt Law LLC, Brint Hiatt is himself an entrepreneur that is passionate about helping businesses and founders achieve the goals that are important to them. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach to managing business or personal risk, Brint and his team are creating unique systems for entrepreneurs to use in their legal planning, which can keep up with the ever-changing business environment, proactively positioning them for sustainable growth.
Brint began his career in entrepreneurship in 2005, and has broad commercialization and leadership experience working for venture-backed companies with domestic and international footprints, in both early and later stages, and augmented that experience by becoming a lawyer in 2013.
Brint is the lucky husband to his wife, and father to two sets of twins. Brint spends most of the free time he can spare from his own family hosting workshops, and working with entrepreneurs, having been a mentor for the Phoenix chapter of the Founder Institute, and also serving as a judge for the annual Duke Startup Challenge since 2014.
